Eviction in the last 5 years, money owed to a past landlord, open bankruptcy, unverifiable identity, or 4+ collection accounts.
📄 Documents Required
Government photo ID plus proof of income: 2 recent pay stubs, Military LES, 3 bank statements, or a signed offer letter. Self-employed applicants provide 3 bank statements.
🤝 Cosigners
Must fully qualify: income at least 4× the rent (or 6× in savings) and a 700+ credit score. Cosigners undergo the same screening.
